FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because there is no one size fits all to my photo shoots, I do not have baseline pricing. For film scanning and developing, however, prices are as follows: High Res Scan - $3/each. Low res scan- $1.50. Developing: Black and White 35mm & 120 - $10. Color (C41) 35mm & 120 - $20, Positive (Slide/E6) - $35.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, it is important to gain a sense of what the individual is looking for in the pictures they'd like to make together. All photo sessions are not created equal and what works for one client may not work for another. Each booking begins with a a 15-20min phone consultation regarding the wants and needs of my customers so that we can build their ideal photo session together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2007, I've worked as a professional freelance photographer but my love for photography started about a decade earlier when I discovered my grandmother's collection of cameras. I learned to compose and expose photographs properly along with developing film. For the last ten years, I've worked with fashion designers, photographed weddings, developed model portfolios, and documented life in other countries. I've also shown work in many galleries including the Museum of Contemporary Art in Atlanta, Ga and the Griffin Museum of Photography in Winchester, Ma.
