- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Catering prices vary depending on the event. Clients can learn more about catering prices by emailing Chef Monique. Weekly Vegan Personal Chef Service starts at $525 per week. This service includes a week's worth of delicious and creative vegan meals and 5 organic vegan breakfasts. These prices include the cost of *organic* groceries, grocery shopping, renting a professional kitchen, cost of food containers, cooking, packaging food, delivery, etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the client via email or phone, whichever they prefer. I ask them for more details regarding the service they are requesting (Personal Chef, Catering, or Intimate Dinner) and learn more about their needs. Next I will ask what type of food they like and will work on a menu that completely satisfies the client! Once I have a few menus items in mind I will meet with the client in person, or via email/phone depending on what is convenient to him/her, to go over everything and let them choose the meals they prefer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Monique holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Management from George State University, and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary School of the Art Institute of Atlanta. Bringing to the table more than ten years of fine dining experience, she has worked at restaurants such as Au Pied De Cochon in Atlanta, The Country Club of Roswell, and renowned restaurants at Disney World. She was named one of Atlanta’s Top 5 Personal Chefs.
