My brother passed away and I needed to move certain objects of his belongings to another state. It was a situation where I was taking care of the aftermath of his death and I used One World Van Lines to move his belongings. There was not a lot of objects, but we had some difficult objects. We had a motorcycle and a generator. The experience was good. When I talked to my moving coordinator, he was very responsive and always very helpful. He answered my questions, was able to engage with me and understand the nature of the circumstances and what I was trying to do. The delivery crew was good. They were also responsive and very helpful. The communication was wonderful. Every step of the way, they were calling and telling me what was happening. So, it was great. I was very satisfied.

We were referred to One World Van Lines by another van line because they didn’t want to do our move since it was too far. The moving coordinator and the moving consultant were one and the same person, and she was terrific, very helpful and had a very good personality. The crew during the move was also great. Those guys were really good and we really like them. They were good guys, had good personalities and did a good job in moving. One wOrld Van Lines is upfront about the cost and the timing as well. They put out a schedule and they kept their schedule, so our family is very pleased with them. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. It was, after all, a very rewarding professional experience.

This was surprisingly a lot less stressful than I would have believed. I was worried about the move from Chicago to Austin! I came across an online quote provider and One World Van Lines gave me a call to give me a quote. They were one of many who called me. The Sales Person Marc was great. He got me a good price real quick. He explained to me all the necessary steps to make my move smooth and easy. It was very easy. They packed loaded and unloaded all my belongings with great care. They packed and wrapped everything in bubble wrap and boxes. They were super professional. I had to pay for the materials I ended up using. It was well worth it. All my belongings made to Texas 0safe and in one piece. They unpacked the truck and placed all my boxes and furniture in the proper rooms and assembled my bed frames. These guys are top notch movers. Big fan of One World Van Lines!! I was moving a full 4 bedroom house due to a new job opportunity in California. Getting bombarded with calls and emails was overwhelming (big mistake). A quick search in Austin, TX showed One World Van Lines. My representative, Philip, offered an onsite visual which made everything so much easier. He took his time to walk me through of what to expect and what to do to save money on my end. I chose One World Van Lines based on my agents customer service, attention to detail, and me feel comfortable from day one. Once the movers showed up, they didnt wait or slack off, they got straight to work which finished up pretty quickly for a full house pack. Having expensive decor, collections, and antique furniture made me feel very uneasy at first, however, they were not only careful, they made sure everything was itemized and at the end, NOTHING was missing!! My agent got a great price and quick turn around on delivery! I will recommend One World Van Lines to my family and friends!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most accurate estimate on your move, please call our offices to discuss the details with one of our senior sales representatives. We offer the best pricing in the area! Discounts include: Military, Senior Citizen, Student, Piggy-Back etc. We will also price match if you happen to receive a quote lower than our own at a reasonable rate! You can’t beat an offer like that with a 5-star licensed carrier like us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on the size of your individual move, we can offer estimated pricing over the phone and give you a more accurate account of cost once your items are picked up. Some of our customers with larger homes may want a visual estimate which is currently available to residents of Texas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is compiled of seasoned movers. Some of our drivers have come from household name companies such as Atlas, United, and Mayflower. We use only full-time professional movers, no day labor involved. Cheap movers will not be professionals and the professionals will not be the cheapest.
