- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on our packages that range from 5 to 10 hours and we also offer custom packages if more than 10 hours of coverage are needed. The pricing that we offer on Thumbtack is specific to the needs of the clients requests and may differ from our traditional pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I begin communications with clients via email and as communications progress we can either talk over the phone, google chat, skype, etc... or I meet with clients in a travel neutral location where we can discuss their wedding needs in person in more detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in design and media with a concentration in filmmaking and an associates degree in business administration.
