- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 20% of the budget and if I am booked within the first two business days, I drop my rate down to 10% but only with a budget of 1500 or more. If the budget is less, then I charge the full price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do when engaging with a new customer is I figure out what they want. I listen to what they are looking for and figure out where I can go in terms of providing them with my services. After I go through this process, then I decide whether or not we can move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Emmanuel College. I recently received my Master of Arts degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University and I'm in the process of getting my Master's Certificate in Event Management from the International Institute of Event Management.
