- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is variable. Initially, our prices may seem a little higher than expected. We are making everything from scratch, however, and using high quality, local ingredients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know a little bit about the client and the event they are providing food for. With a few, simple pieces of information we're able to draw up multiple menus with different pricing options that will all fill the client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A combined 30+ years of experience in the restaurant and food industry, ServSafe training and certification, specialty menu and allergen knowledge and training.
