- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A deposit is required for most bookings which goes towards the overall balance. This provides appointment security for my clients. Also I provide promotions and specials Bridal, prom, and birthdays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client will fill out a client intake form. This form tells me a little more about the client as far allergies, skin conditions and more. The clients health and integrity of hair is very important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated as a Master Cosmetologist from Paul Mitchell the school Atlanta.
