Before moving into my new apartment, I decided to get rid of a lot of stuff I've been hauling around since college. I found Quality Junk Removal online and they were quick to respond. They sent out Will, who was very professional and polite. He removed some old furniture and several boxes of junk from my house. I highly recommend this service!!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I make sure to greet the customer first, and do my best to understand what the customer needs done and any particular expectations that they have. Secondly, I make sure that our pricing structure is clear to my customer and estimate where their job will fall within said structure. Finally I complete the job, and check in with the customer to ensure that I have collected all items they wish to have removed before asking for payment.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked independently doing odd jobs with a variety of customers since around 2011. More recently I worked with a transportation company known as Bungii as an independent truck driver, maintaining a 5 star rating within their system throughout my employment with them. In addition I have worked independently as a junk removal specialist for approximately 1 year.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started working for my parents as a teenager in a variety of types of yardwork. Fairly quickly I branched out into whatever other work I could find, trying my hand at whatever odd jobs were given to me. When I acquired a truck in early 2017, I began to focus more in transportation of personal property and junk removal.
