FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing in this field is highly variable and greatly depends on your specific needs. Two things that I always think about are as follows: 1) education is an investment that no one can ever take from you and 2) you get what you pay for. When people shop for a service they look for three things: best price, best quality, and best service. What I found is no person or company can offer all three. If you have to give up one, is it going to be the best price, best quality, or the best service?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in biology, MBA, and Pharm. D, with a liberal arts education from Mercer. Coincidentally this is where I have received all of my higher education.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who is willing to take the time to ensure that you are able to achieve your goals in a timely manner and finding a tutor who has a personality that matches well with you or your child is one of the largest guarantors of success.
