- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most, I price based on the information I receive, but I have a set price for most photo sessions. Weddings are a bit more complicated, though!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask questions in order to get as much information about the job as possible. I then give a quote of the job. Following that, we schedule the day, and a deposit is put down by the client. All funds must be paid before the day of the job. I, then, perform the services and deliver the photos in as timely of a manner as possible and the client is free to enjoy them as much as they want after!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been self taught, mostly, but I have also been mentored by several photographers in and out of the area.
