- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have good pricing for good high quality work cheap pricing gets you unexperienced people doing low quality work often leeds to having to redo the whole project again
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we talk or text to setup an estimate where we can go measure your project and answer any questions that you may have after I send you an estimate with everything divided so it's easier to see how much each things will cost if we agree on a price we can provide you with a list of the materials you will need then we setup a date to start
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working part time then full time for my father which had a remodeling company back in las vegas when i was a teen worked about 6 years after that joined the union for 3 years i worked for a granite and tile store and currently work for by contract for about 13 years and counting
