Introduction: I've been doing home maintenance /repair for 33 years. I provide a longer warranty than most . I am always stay intouch with cliens upon arrival. We can usally complete a job with in the time agreed. We never charge for est or service call. What makes my job interesting? Meeting new clients and helping them decide what they need or want and i can work out most ideas or problems . This gives them a peace of mind when the job is completed and they become a part of the Helping Hands Maintenance family. We were closing on our house, and needed the fascia and soffit, rotten wood on various areas of the house to be replaced, painted, along with wood under the home taken out and wiring corrected in the crawl space. Great communication with Wade, the job was started when agreed, and although there were a few unexpected things that needed to be fixed, Wade and his men were on top of it. They took pictures before and after the job was complete to assure us and the inspector the job was complete. We appreciated this as we were not local any longer. They are very trustworthy and guarantee their work for a full year. However, they could work on the invoices by checking grammatical errors and to ensure the numbers match as well as their computer issues. I still give them a 5 star rating because they did a great job overall! We will recommend them to our (old) neighbors and friends who still live in that area.
