- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing are definitely reasonable. We worked with our customers to make sure they are satisfied with our work and refer our services to family and friends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to do a walk thru with a customer. These allow us to cover all services that the customer wants. After we are done, we do a final walk thru to make sure we haven’t miss anything. Our focus is to make sure our customers is very please with our service. Underperforming is not in our vocabulary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15 experience in this industry. We strive on training our staff each month on driving our customer service.
