FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, It depends on the work that I'd be doing, and if I'll be providing materials or the customer, and how long I'd have to travel. I do pride myself on being able to provide some of the most economical services in the area. My hourly rates are much lower than average because my overhead is much lower than big companies. But, not only that, I have helped my customers save thousands by sourcing used/recycled materials and providing options like cabinet refacing instead of replacing with brand new, but still creating a fresh new look.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to them on the phone and listen to them explain their needs. Then, I visit their property to talk some more and take pictures and measurements. Then if I feel confident that I'm the best man for the job, I'll get back to them, usually that same day with a detailed description of the work that I'd be doing for them and an itemized list with prices for labor and materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been fixing homes with my parents since I was a teenager. As a young man studied art and craft in college, learning more useful hands-on skills while continuing to work part-time in construction/home renovation. Since moving to Denver in 2009 have worked in the Pre-Fab Construction and Manufacturing industry and now have become a full-time professional handyman
