- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I like to do is to speak with the customer regarding the project, view the project in person, and discuss more about the project if needed. Customers may want something done but may be unaware of all the materials it may need to achieve these goals. So I found out doing what I described above is the best for the customer.
