- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not negotiate on prices. My prices on repairs are the same no matter your zip code. Some people will hike up prices if you live in a fancy home. My prices are fair and affordable across the board.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out for a free inspection to properly diagnose the door. I discuss pricing for the repairs or replacement with the customer. If customer is comfortable with the price I do most repairs on the spot.
