- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I typically charge 40/hour for small projects taking 1-2 hours. For larger projects, such as dissertations, I review the draft document first and then provide a flat fee quote that accounts for the volume of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, I first discuss the project scope with my client by phone to review the client's goals, needs and expectations. We discuss deadlines for written work product and how to manage the project most efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law, issued in 1994.
