FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work for most of my clients on a contingency fee basis. This means that clients don't pay me unless they recover for their losses through a settlement, verdict or other form of recovery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work hard and pride myself on obtaining results for my clients. In exchange, I ask my clients to take their cases just as seriously as I do. Justice, equity and results are key motivators for my practice. If you are not interested in pursing a recovery for someone else's wrongdoing, then I am not the attorney for you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's critical to talk to an attorney as soon as possible after an injury--whether the injury is from a car crash, work accident, or the death of a loved one. If you have a serious case, insurance companies and defense attorneys are ferociously quick to turn the evidence in their favor before you even know it and prevent your full recovery for what you've lost. For your own sake, contact me, or even another attorney, as soon as possible.
