I made a last minute call to Mindy when a local bakery told me they couldn't make the custom cookies and cake for my son's birthday party that weekend. Mindy was amazing - she was able to copy the look of the Paw Patrol cookies I sent her from Pinterest as well as the cake I found online. The cake, especially, tasted absolutely delicious. Thanks Mindy!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After finishing pastry school in 2010 I went on to work at Jeffrey's of Austin and then moved up to Pastry Chef at the Horseshoe Bay Marriott. For the past four years I've been pursuing my dream of owning my own dessert catering company, with amazing success. I've done numerous corporate events, including plated desserts and custom logo cookies as well as countless weddings and private events. I'd love to share my passion for all things dessert with you!
