- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After finishing pastry school in 2010 I went on to work at Jeffrey's of Austin and then moved up to Pastry Chef at the Horseshoe Bay Marriott. For the past four years I've been pursuing my dream of owning my own dessert catering company, with amazing success. I've done numerous corporate events, including plated desserts and custom logo cookies as well as countless weddings and private events. I'd love to share my passion for all things dessert with you!
