Introduction: My program is a unique, continuous, fast-paced and full-body workout that balances muscle gains with cardiovascular fitness. A functional cross-training workout, the protocol includes an ever-changing variety of exercises borrowed from various disciplines: HIIT training, powerlifting, ballet, kickboxing, modern dance, tabata, traditional weight training, and yoga. The workouts are different every week, and separate workouts are developed for women and men. The female workouts shape a strong, balanced and powerfully feminine figure for women; the male workouts increase endurance, power and flexibility for men. I love to see my clients find a workout program that they actually enjoy and like sticking with. Many of them are in their 30s, and this is the first time that they are finding something that actually works and that they want to do consistently. I'm so happy to share my program with clients, so they can stop the guesswork of not knowing what to do at the gym and find the joy, increased energy, and overall fitness that consistent exercise brings.

I’ve always been athletic but hated ‘working out at the gym’. It was always so hard to motivate and I'd never see sustained results. I've been working out with Loren, for several months now and for the first time in years, I'm actually enjoying my time in the gym and I'm seeing incredible results! Loren's workouts are HARD, but she is so motivating! Her sessions change each time we meet and they work every muscle in my body through a combination of intensive free weights, resistance, and cardio. No machines are ever used. As a result, my full body has become firmer and stronger. My endurance for sports and activities has really improved as well (ultimate Frisbee, flag football) and for the first time in years, I feel major improvements in my core and my flexibility. I'm in my late 30’s and I suddenly feel great all over. Loren also works with me on healthy lifestyle choices outside of the gym… Going to increase my sessions from once to twice a week. Loren's workout routines (training sessions and home workouts) when done consistently over time and coupled with healthy eating, really transform the body. You begin to lose fat and build muscle simultaneously, and eventually lean out and firm up throughout your entire body. In a few months, I've become firmer and smaller (which is what I want as a woman). That never happened when I was taking gym classes, even working out a lot more than I do now. I didn't think at my age that my body could change it's shape that much. Most days I feel light, strong and more energized. I highly recommend this program"

I don't like 'working out' and have always become bored with exercise programs in the past. I also get discouraged when I don't feel or see results. Loren's workouts are different from everything I've tried. They're fun and I started feeling stronger and firmer in just a few weeks. I do the home workouts regularly and they're easy to follow yet I start working up a good sweat after just a few minutes. I also like that they are included in her plan at no extra cost. I don't even need a gym membership at all, so overall this is a good value for me. I'm looking forward to wearing my bathing suit this Spring!

Loren is a truly excellent trainer. I admit I am not the easiest client because of my demanding work schedule and more importantly, my lack of motivation to work out. This is not a problem for Loren. She makes the experience convenient, effective, and very rewarding! She tailors a fast-paced and entertaining workout specific to my fitness level - all within an hour’s time at my community gym. I highly recommend her to other professionals who are short on time and want a quick, full-body workout.
