- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill in 15 minute increments, and can provide a quote free of charge for any project. Our quotes are "Not to Exceed" quotes, and our customers are only billed for the time we spend on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to have a quick meeting at the start of a new project to finalize the scope of work and firm up the quote. After the quote is approved, we begin work on the project, and keep the customer updated on the progress throughout the course of the project. On larger projects, we send progress updates on a weekly basis, and smaller ones we send the completed file immediately upon completion for review in CAD or PDF format depending on the customers preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees learned AutoCAD through technical colleges and courses while pursuing their degrees.
