- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Coaching works best when the client and coach are able to meet regularly for a period of time. Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly sessions. I offer the coaching packages below and I also offer one free discovery session for potential new clients so that we can both assess if the coaching relationship is a good fit. 6 sessions: $600 (or $225/month for 3 months) 12 sessions: $1100 (or $425/month for 3 months) 24 sessions: $2000 (or $360 for 6 months)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free discovery session for potential new clients so that we can both assess if the coaching relationship is a good fit and talk through what they would like to accomplish through coaching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a certified professional coach certification (CPC) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). I have a background in women's advocacy and nonprofit consulting. I have spent many years studying dozens of modalities, techniques, and philosophies, among them: somatic therapy, holistic breathwork, organizational psychology, meditation, energy work, working with feminine archetypes, and narrative therapy.
