I took her class this Monday. I had very stressful Sunday. I wasn't feeling very well. After the class I felt so relaxed and felt just so good! I gave her a big hug.

I've attended several classes instructed by Savannah Gonzalez, her classes range from relaxing to invigorating. Either way you leave feeling better than when you walked in. She also offers low cost workshops for those that want to attend.

Savannah is very patient, informative, has a unique vocal ambiance, and is willing to take the time to help you with your form. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in taking their yoga practice further.

I've been practicing yoga with Savannah since June, and she is the first on-going yoga teacher I've had. She always assures a great balance between incorporating power vinyasa and moments of yin, as well as is great at guiding meditation.
