- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on the project. For straight design projects, I like to make sure that I have all the clients' needs and wants outlined so we are both on the same page. Additionally, I can help with copy and headlines if needed. For a website project, I will outline goals, a timeline and setup check-ins to ensure we are making the right progress and the client is happy with the direction of the site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A bachelor's degree in communication studies, plus more than 10 years of marketing and creative services experience.
