What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the service, I usually start with a phone call to get to know the client's needs and style as well as explain the production process. I then produce 1 - 3 mockups for the client to review. Based off of the client's feedback and preferences I then produce a final draft. If necessary (with web development, for example), we then discuss any additional services, like hosting options or content management.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Lawyers, musicians, photographers, restaurants, psychologists, content and media companies, startups and a ton more.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently built a website for an up and coming DJ who wanted to sell his beats online. It took me about a month of work total and the end result was something he was really happy with.
