FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is located on our website under Services - if you scroll past the form, you will see everything we offer and pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free 15 minute consultation over the phone to see if we'd be a good fit + if I'm the best person to help you with your health goals. After the free call, you'll decide if you want to move forward. If you do, we set up your account with us and you'll sign a waiver + fill out a long questionnaire. Our first appointment is usually 30 minutes to go over your supplement list, meal plan, and answer any questions. We try to meet about once per week for the first three weeks and tamper off to every other week.
