Introduction: I'm Lahana Vigliano, CCN. I'm a certified clinical nutritionist and founder of Nuvitru Wellness. We are a team that help women who struggle with hormonal imbalances and digestive issues who are wanting to use a food as medicine approach. We take a hands-approach with clients, so there is plenty of accountability + support between our sessions together. If you're local to Austin, TX, we can meet in-person. We also offer telehealth services across the U.S. We aren't partial to any diet, but we combine your biochemical individuality with our ancestral roots to create what works for you personally. There is no one size fits all! My passion for nutrition started when I was on the pre-med track at the University of Central Florida. I didn't want to prescribe pills to put a band-aid on health problems. I found my love in nutrition and finished my bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science and finished a post-graduate program under the Clinical Nutrition Board and took a board exam and became certified clinical nutritionist. Currently, I am getting my Master's in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. I enjoy helping people take back their health with a real-food diet to kick processed food to curb and help my clients enjoy a life full of health, happiness, and energy!
