- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home is different so typically we will grab your address and check out your home online via google maps or something similar. To get an exact price, typically we need to quickly walk around the exterior of your home (takes about 5-10 minutes).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer requests a quote, we will call or email you back right away. We will then ball park a price to you over the phone and quickly walk around the house to give you an exact price. We will then schedule a date to come out and do the work. We will then email you a reminder a day ahead of the scheduled work. On the way to your house we will give you a call to let you know we are on our way! We will then do the work until it EXCEEDS your satisfaction! We hope you make you a RAVING FAN of Shine!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Shine has been in business since 1998. We started in Michigan and branched out into other markets. Drew has a lot of experience and is coming down from our original Michigan office to operate the business in South Austin!
