40-60 per session, the more people the cheaper the rate(up to 4 at a time). Buy sessions 5 at a time, the more sessions purchased the cheaper the rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a medical screening, followed by a fitness assessment to figure out goals and expectations. We'll then set specific goals to achieve within certain time periods and design a program to achieve these goals
