- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on an hourly basis with a two hour minimum. After this two hour minimum we prorate the rest so that you only pay for time used. We also have special flat rates for small deliveries.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father use to contract as a mover when I was growing up. He would take me on these jobs as a kid and show me how it all worked. After realizing that a lot of moving companies number one priority was the money, we decided that our number one priority would be the relationship that we form with each client and the quality of service provided.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look at every quote that a provider sends to you and ask questions that are important to your needs, and make sure that the provider qualifies for all of your needs and you will be happy with the service you receive.
