I have been attending Jenny's yoga classes for a few months now at Luke's Locker and have nothing but amazing things to say about her. Whether new to yoga or expert, you can take something away from her classes. I would very highly recommend her classes

Jenny is a knowledgeable and experienced yoga instructor. She takes requests from her students and modifies her classes to what her students need. Jenny being a runner, she is the ideal instructor for athletes looking to do some cross training. She also knows how to modify her classes for the new students, and challenge experienced yogis.

Jenny is a wonderful yoga instructor. She explains all the poses well, is attentive to her students, and all my sessions with her were relaxing and effective!

I have been taking yoga classes from Jenny at the Luke's locker for over an year. It helps that Jenny is also a runner like me and is familiar with issues that runners have. Her routine goes through a good sequence progressing from appropriate warm-up to more challenging. She checks if any one has any areas they like to focus on and is great at incorporating routines that address those. Thanks for being our yoga instructor, Jenny!
