Introduction: Thyme Travel Catering specialized in custom menus for our guest. Our chefs are trained in various world cuisines and can create a menu from the region of your choice. We also take your budget into mind while creating your menu and will create a dining experienced tailored to your tastes and budget. Sarah Hernandez, our head chef is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Austin and has 8 years of culinary work experience. Born and Raised in San Antonio, her first job was interning for an upscale Italian restaurant where she began to develop her passion for cooking. Sarah is first and foremost a caretaker and has paired her passion for food with her desire to make people happy. She leads an amazingly talented staff in creating menus packed with tantalizing flavor and stunning food presentations. Our culinary team consist of three graduates of Le Cordon Bleu who have a combined 23 years of experience. Each team member specializes in a different type of cuisine including patisserie, ensuring that we can create a perfectly well rounded menu to suite your taste.
