As a competitive athlete, I am especially interested in working with clients involved in athletic activities and/or competitive sports. I believe that mindfulness plays a crucial role in athletic performance and is necessary in order to remain focused.

I enjoy having the opportunity to guide clients to better lifestyles, and seeing improvements in their daily lives! It is exciting to work with adults in transition: college, employment choices, new relationships, having children, or changes in living situation.
I love being able to help people develop skills that will assist them far beyond the counseling room. When we are dealt a hand of cards, what are the options we can play? What play would lead to the most desirable outcome? Many of us may dwell on things we cannot control, and we unconsciously sabotage ourselves and get stuck. Gaining insight into what can be controlled, and what is realistic, is a valuable journey. I believe it is necessary to to find purpose, be physically active, eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep, and engage in meaningful hobbies and relationships to find life balance.
