Introduction: My philosophy is form then function. Improving efficiency and reducing pain and discomfort are my bread and butter. I have experience training from ages 8-73. I have a college education in kinesiology, neuroscience and psychology, with extensive work history in physical therapy and chiropractic. Whether you need to lose weight, gain muscle, get your food right or figure out how to stay fit while traveling, I've got what you need. I love seeing progress. It is motivating not only for the trainee, but for me and those around the trainee as well. Throwing rehab exercises in the mix also helps keep money away from your orthopedic surgeon and in your bank account.

Felipe Bastos is the best trainer I’ve ever had. He has helped me accomplish my goals (strength, body composition, and speed) and taught me how to continuously improve my level of fitness. He’s different from trainers that I’ve worked with in the past in two main ways: his knowledge of anatomy/injuries and his passion for teaching. He applies his knowledge of anatomy to his training and tailors his workouts to help improve your knee pain, back pain, old shoulder injury, etc. He pays attention to every detail of your form and helps you make the tiny adjustments that make all the difference. He’s also a very passionate teacher and genuinely wants to share his knowledge so that you improve your level of fitness in training sessions with him AND feel prepared to go to the gym on your own. Felipe has really helped me correct a lingering ailment. He has listened and given me tips and movements to do outside of our sessions. I love that our sessions are half personal training half physical therapy. He has tailored it to exactly what I need. I highly recommend Felipe if you have an injury or you just want to get back (or stay) in shape.
