- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know very simple things about the people I'm working with. What kind of food do you like? It can be as easy as Italian food or more complex like braised meats, but I can always build a foundation from there. Every customer's needs are different and I want them to know that they'll get what they put into it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to work in the music business as an Audio Engineer. That experience lead me to Austin, where I decided to follow my other passion of cooking food. The vibrant food scene in Austin inspired me to pursue it as a full time career.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've done everything from catering lunch to the Texas Longhorns football team to slinging lobster sandwiches from a food truck. I specialize in weddings, craft services, and personal chef services. The customers I enjoy are the ones who have a passion for the event they're hosting.
