- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently have the low price o $20/hour. I always establish price caps and live with them, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It can be as simple as simply learning from you what you want, and providing it—whether it is teaching, writing, or resume assistance. Whether the project is large or small, I work with clients to establish the goal(s) at the outset.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Education (concentrations in English and history, magna cum laude) from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters in Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at UT Austin. I was a certified economic developer and published articles in national journals. I have taken many courses, notably Edward Tufte's one day course on the Visual Display of Quantitative Information and the three day course offered by the Institute of Participatory Management.
