The cleaner didn't do a move-in ready clean, she arrived late and claimed she didn't remove trash to bin in the garage. It appears MaidsWay doesn't do several items in relation to a move-in ready clean, such as cleaning inside drawers and cabinets, sweeping behind the refrigerator, assembling the shelves in said refrigerator after a half ass job was done cleaning it, etc. The cleaner spent a lot of time telling me what she didn't do, and how she was late to her next cleaning appointment, rather than concentrating on the job at hand.Oct 26, 2017VerifiedMichael B.'s reply
We apologize we could not make you happy with your cleaning. We did clean the inside of the fridge which was in the invoice. We did not do the inside of the cabinets which was not included in the price. We offered to clean the inside of the cabinets for an additional price but the customer declined and said it was ok. We did take out the trash. We do not move the refrigerator to clean underneath it. But if we would have been asked to do that we would have done that, this is not normally done in housekeeping services as moving large appliances like refrigerators is a little outside of the scope of a housekeeping request. This customer also has still not paid for the original invoice and cleaning request after numerous times of trying to contact them. They have also been reported for this.
The cleaning lady was amazing/very sweet (loved her) but they did not send her with any help and my house is very big for 1 person. I thought that requesting a cleaning would also mean showers/mopping - maybe that is something I needed to request?Oct 10, 2017VerifiedMichael B.'s reply
We apologize for this, there is a 58 point checklist that includes showers and mopping that was checked off so we do not know how this happened. Thank you for the business!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a standard pricing system that charges per room for residential cleaning. If it is a commercial cleaning we charge per square foot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We have online booking so it is as simple as going to our website at maidsway.com and booking the cleaning service. We do charge additional costs for extra tasks such as make ready or oven cleanings. If it is a big job we will do an initial evaluation of the job for free.
