V and her team are incredible! Catering is one of the most expensive parts of a wedding, but she gave us a great deal for the value of food and quantity of people. I was so worried about not having enough food, V assured me that this would not be one of those weddings! She was right. We had so much food leftover that my family is probably still eating off of, lol. The crab-stuffed mushroom caps (that I unfortunately didn’t get to try) were a hit! - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to build a relationship with our customers. We first talk about the clients needs. If we can meet those needs within the budget we then offer a tasting to meet with us and try the food. A contract is then sent and signed along with the deposit. Then sit back and enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelors degree in Business, and have been in customer service for over 20 years. I understand that the customer will always be the most important part of the business.
