So this company was great until an issue came about....My name is James Pickell with Pickell Plumbing LLC. We contracted a job with CastleRock not to long ago, not the first, and definitely the last. We installed our piping perfectly as always, even had a drone fly through the tunnel, and the job was top notch. Once backfilled all of a sudden the company we replaced the sewer lines for started having back ups again, so we went out and ran the camera to see what was going on, and you wouldnt believe the conditions the pipe was left in. It had bellies in it for over 40, again, we installed the piping perfectly or as close to perfect as possible. Once I called Dan to ask him what the deal was he automatically responded with its never our fault. Wow, I thought. His next answer was that it was full expandable soil and sitting on top of lime stone about 30-40 down and the water running under the building which I dont think is true because when they first opened the hole it was dry. Not until a couple of days later after it had been raining a while the hole was open and water had gotten under the building. The second time they opened it up they didnt open it enough or even where the problem was and now refused to continue work until they were paid for the new work even though it shouldnt had been a problem to began with. Dans suggestion was to not put the soil back because of the issue with the water running underneath but my problem is why was it ever put back to began with???? So im the one who gets a letter from a lawyer after Dan went back over there to talk to them stating that its my companies fault. Never again will I make the mistake of hiring this company to go anywhere near my work. Ive learned that integrity is everything and if you dont have it then you have problems like this one. Everyone beware that this company is great until theres an issue and at that point they will through you under the bus as fast as they take the money to do the job. First time ever having any kind of problems and theyre to blame. We will see yall in court real soon.

Castle Rock Foundation Repair and Excavation is a totally reliable company. They in conjunction with Peanut Plumbing evaluated that our iron sewer lines were rotted and need to be replaced. They had to dig under the slab of our house to replace the sewer lines. They performed the work in a very timely manner, obtained the necessary permits and the required engineering inspection. The excavation areas were filled in a manner that you would not know that an excavation had been done. They subsequently performed a similar service for my daughter sho lives across the street. Same results. They are a very reputable companyDaniel Rosenberg
