Mr. Mercado was very punctual and was very good at communicating with me on what the problem was with my system. He pointed out that if I upgraded the thermostat that it could help save money within the year. Along with needing to change the filter he wrote the future date on the filter when it needed to be changed. Since I was aware of my problems I now know what to look for in the future and how these problems could be avoided.
