- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $20 for a 30 minute dog walk or drop in, or $30 for 60 minutes. $5 add on for additional dogs. A small location fee (typically $2-$5) may apply if I have to travel further for your job. This includes any feedings your pet may need, administering medication, watering of plants, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients typically schedule a free meet and greet. During the meet and greet, clients will want to ask me any further questions, introduce me to their pets, and show me where necessary things are in their home (leashes, dog food, etc). After the meet and greet, we can schedule our first walk or drop in visit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am also a college student at ACC. I have over 2 years of professional pet care experience in Austin. I have worked with senior dogs who need medication and special feeding, as well as puppies who need leash and potty training. I’ve also worked with various special needs dogs suffering from separation anxiety, deafness, and poor vision.
