- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to size of home and level of cleaning that needs to be done. I will give discounts for repeat business and service industry comrades. I charge extra for laundry, windows, deep cleans, fridge, interior cabinet cleaning, and home reorganization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss what their focuses are as far as cleaning. Then I'll do a walk through of the home to discuss in further detail and familiarize myself with areas of need/lay out of the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years experience as a cook/kitchen manager. I am food manager certified. I have almost a year experience cleaning homes. Although, I used to help my mother clean homes as a child. In addition to the massive daily cleaning that goes on in kitchens.
