- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with each client in the manner they prefer. Either by phone, Skype or in person to discover what your passion and your unique value principle is. We research your specific market and discover what skills are most in demand in that space. Using the first to steps, we create a draft of a resume for you to review. You can request any changes you'd like to make at this time. We deliver a final draft back to you with any edits you may desire. We have a 5-day edit window, during which we assist you with making any further changes to your resume. Once the edits are complete and you are satisfied with your personalized content, we give it one final polish and deliver it to you.
