- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, pricing depends on client's needs, facility size and type.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically schedule a New Client Service Interview with a new customer where we ask them for expectations in regards to cleaning, expect them to walk us through areas that need cleaning, discuss the different options available for high traffic and low traffic areas. We gather information in order to create a customized cleaning plan with customer needs in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10+ housekeeping and supervisory experience in the industry and more than 3 years running commercial cleaning business.
