- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. My prices do not have 'surprises' (for instance, I do not charge extra for spot cleaning). Also, a full price list can be viewed on the front page of my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can reach out to me in the manner most comfortable for them: 1) by calling me direct at the phone number on my website; if I am not able to answer at that moment, they may leave a voicemail; 2) by texting me at the same number; 3) by emailing me at the address on my website; or, 4) by submitting an online form at my website. I will then talk/communicate with them about their specific needs to ReNew their carpets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience as a carpet cleaning professional and business owner. Also, I am insured, certified and in good standing through IICRC, as well as a member of the West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce.
