- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inquiries will come in. We send a pricesheet to look over and some info where to see more photos if our work. If client decides that we are a good fit ,a contract is sent over . We will finalize details on contract. Once we have receive the contract and 50 dollar deposit the clients date is locked in. From then on if a trial is desired we can schedule one . We will send a final invoice the week of your event and see you day of to create beautiful hair and makeup for your occasion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an extensive range of artist w/ many years in the industry. Our owner Crystal has been specializing in special events for 17 + years. Continousily educating her self with the new trends coming in style. Most recently she has taken @tonyastylist master updo class in spring of 2019.
