InfraDMS took over the datacenter that our server rack is currently located in. It wasn't just a purchase and start rolling in the revenue. They took the current situation and made it much, much better. Uptime is back to normal, scheduled downtime (minimal) with notices ahead of time, clear communication from the owner, and the technicians/engineers that know what they are doing. Also 24 hour security monitored building connected to Deutsche bank down in the city. Few added bonuses:
- Au Bon Pain eatery in the lobby(when I have to spend a little too long at the datacenter).
- Convenience store across the street 24/7 in case over night work is being performed. Overnight parking as well.
- Loading Dock with elevator access during work hours
For the price, location (huge plus), and service, we see no reason to look anywhere else.
