- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know who my customers are, what they like in photography, and how they want to tell their story! Having a relationship with your clients is important to providing a dependable service, and I want my customers to know that I am there to capture what they need and how they want it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in photography from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County, where I graduated in 2009. I have been shooting regularly since I graduated. I have photographed over 3 dozen weddings, hundreds of concerts, and numerous additional events and portraits. I have been published throughout Maryland as well as on the national level, I have shown my work throughout Maryland and in New York. I have experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and I am skates prepared for any changes while I am shooting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a BFA in photography from UMBC, and I have been working in the field since I graduated in 2009. While in college, I received my grandfather's Pentax k1000, an old film camera that had maybe been used once. I worked in a photo lab at the time, and would develop my own photos at the lab. This was what got me into photography.
