FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure is different, based upon the type of work I am doing for a client. I have wedding and event photography packages that can include engagement sessions, albums, prints, video, etc. While my services for headshots, family portraits and real estate or product photography usually have a shoot fee, editing fee and print/digital negative purchase. For some of my corporate clients, a day rate works best for their needs, and is cheaper than my hourly rate. When we determine your specific needs, I will walk you through my pricing structure and packaging that will best suit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with the client at length to ensure I understand all details of their vision for the work and ensure that my shooting style is exactly what they are looking for. We flesh out their goals, audience, message, preferred medium/media and a production schedule that works within their timeframe and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received an undergraduate degree in Broadcast and Print Journalism and a Masters in Media Arts and Science/New Media. I have not only operated as a professional full-time and freelance media producer for some of the top media companies in the world, but have also taught all levels of the digital media production process at both the college and primary school levels.
