Derrick actually followed up with an email a week before the scheduled appt date. The day of the appt he had a cancellation and asked if it was ok to arrive earlier... this was a plus for me. He arrived promptly and immediately introduced himself.
We had 4 TVs that had to be mounted in different bedrooms. Prior to mounting he explained the best length, how the wiring would be and also advised on the centering of the TVs. While in my home he was very professional- him and his associate wore shoe covers and this was a super plus. We don't wear shoes in our home and we have a one year old that crawls.
The fourth TV setup was a brand new TV. Not only did he mount this one but he setup the new TV's settings and the cable box. Our children are so happy with their TVs being mounted. Overall- I would hire him again. We have one more setup in the basement...when the time comes I'll hire The Whiz Kids for that job too.
