- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard price for Custom orders because each item is made to order. Basic Wardrobe Consulting begin at a rate of $75 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours along with a wardrobe fee (based upon your request for wardrobe)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with potential clients, we first hold a brief phone call or email them to ensure our company is a good fit. Second we move on to a in one-on-one consultant based on the client's needs. Lastly we do everything possible to make sure the client is completely satisfied at the end of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have owned and operated retail businesses since 1997. As Executive Buyer and Wardrobe Consultant for over 18 years, I have access to direct showrooms and designers. I have worked with the best in the fashion industry and attend all the top Fashion Week Shows, which keeps me on top of what's happening in the world of fashion. As buyer I travel all over the world attending shows, showrooms and fashion seminars to ensure our clients have the best quality merchandise from the most sought after designers.
